We would like to thank the author of the letter for the useful comments concerning the clinical practice of chimney and periscope grafting. The author mentioned that periscope grafting should be accompanied by intra-arterial pressure measurements in the aortic segment after aneurysm exclusion and within the side branches after implantation of the stent grafts. Furthermore, the author claims the originality of the technique by emphasizing it as "periscope grafting," referring to two articles published in April and May 2010 . Unfortunately, both articles were not available at the time of our procedure; however, we apologize for the fact of the missing reference in our article. We agree-due to the originality of Rancic et al. in first describing this technique-that the term 'periscope graft' should be used for future publications.
