Bitemporal hemianopias often induce referrals to neuro-ophthalmology clinics to investigate for pituitary fossa masses. A 28-year-old woman presented with headaches and a visual field test performedwithout refractive correction found a bitemporal hemianopia, though this did not strictly obey the vertical midline (Figures 1 and 2).
