摘要

A new fluorescent and photoreactive polymer,poly-(endo,exo-bis(4-(4-(diphenylamino)benzoyloxy)benzyl)-bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-ene-2,3-dicarboxylate),was prepared by ring opening metathesis polymerization.This polymer combines the photoreactivity of aryl esters with the fluorescence properties of derivatives of 4-(diphenylamino)benzoic acid.The polymer exhibits blue photo-and electroluminescence and can be used as active layer in organic light emitting devices(OLED).Upon irradiation with UV light(254 nm)the aromatic ester groups undergo decarboxylation,which is accompanied by the loss of photoluminescence.Photolithographic patterning of the polymer surface was used to obtain structured fluorescent surfaces and patterned OLEDs.
