NGL Pipe to Link Suppliers to Gulf Coast

Plans were unveiled last week by a trio of heavy hitters to build the Texas Express Pipeline and open up a Gulf Coast market for natural gas liquids. Enterprise Products Partners, Enbridge Energy Partners and Anadarko Petroleum said they will join forces to design and and build the Texas Express Pipeline. The 580-mile line will begin in Skellytown, Texas, and extend to NGL fractionation and storage facilities in Mont Belvieu, Texas. The line will give producers in West and Central Texas, the Rocky Mountains, Southern Oklahoma and the Mid-continent additional takeaway capacity and enhanced access to the Gulf Coast NGL market.
