Conoco's Mulva Sees Longer Term Reliance on Gas, New Discoveries

ConocoPhilllips Chief Executive Jim Mulva thinks natural gas has already established itself as a "bridge fuel" to a low-carbon future, because it can back up renewable energy sources, replace coal-fired electric generation and re- spond quickly to fluctuations in demand.
