Two years after undertaking an investigation on major banks activities in commodities, US Sen. Carl Levin's public questioning of bank executives last week brought JPMorgan's electricity markets trading — which cost the bank $410 million in a federal settlement payout last year—back into the limelight. But while the bank has said it intends to divest from power plants, that won't likely happen until 2018.
