Enterprise Planning Expansion of Its HSC Propane Export Terminal

Enterprise Products Partners is going to expand its existing propane export terminal on the Houston Ship Channel rather than build a new one, the company said last week. When completed by the end of 2015, Houston-based Enterprise will be able to export more than 16 million barrels per month of low ethane propane and/or butane. The new facilities will add more than 8.5 million barrels per month of capacity to the now 7.5 million barrel capacity at the site just east of downtown Houston.
