We agree with the views expressed in the letter.[1] Since the extradural hematoma was extending to both the sides of midline, it was designated bilateral, but the objective behind this report was to highlight the injury to the sagittal sinus which needs to be preoperatively assessed and properly planned to manage perioperatively.
