Uncertainty of a Trump Clawback

A new presidential administration provides an opportunity to change the course of government in Washington. A fresh set of ideals often translates into different laws and regulations. In addition to enacting new substantive policy, an incoming presidential administration will also begin undoing much of the previous administration's work. The new Trump administration will be no different, as President-elect Donald Trump has already promised to rescind, or "claw back," some of President Barack Obama's key environmental regulations.
