Pacific Oil Conference moves to L.A. LIVE

The Pacific Oil Conference (POC) announced that they are moving their annual trade show and conference from the Grand Sierra Resort & Casino in Reno, Nevada to L.A. LIVE, a premier entertainment venue, located in Los Angeles, California effective in September of2013. According to Ron Van De Pol, 2012 POC General Chair, "We are thrilled to have the opportunity to take the POC to the next level by moving the show to a world renowned destination-L.A. LIVE! Over the years, the POC board has engaged in many candid conversations with both long-term exhibitors and attendees. The desire to change venues became a common discussion point, so last year we started researching viable venue options. As the vetting process began, the POC board quickly realized that L.A. LIVE met all criteria. It's easily accessible -more flights in and out of LA. It offers many dining options-casual and world-class dining for entertaining customers. It provides "late night" clubs and live music for the younger crowd and it makes it easier for Southern California folks to attend the show. It is really a venue that all attendees and their families will enjoy."
