Innovation in Organization of Design Process in Pulp and Paper Industry Projects

摘要

The need to increase innovativeness of design process in pulp and paper industry is obvious. One of the methods is a systematic reuse of design experience accumulated in engineering companies. This article introduces a new method, case-based reasoning, which allows the designer to store, reuse and learn from the past experience. The various aspects of case-based reasoning application to design process in the pulp and paper industry projects are presented.
