摘要

This study was carried out to examine the effects of plant growth regulators and several conditions on rooting and shoot growth in rhizome cutting of Acorus gramineus. a-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) were not effective inrooting and shoot growth. Rooting percentage and number of roots increased in the mixed media with 3:0:1, 3:1:0, or 2:1:1 of peatmoss:vermiculite:perhte (v/v/v). Rooting and shoot growth were better in 6 cm long cutting than the others, while it was considered that 3 cm long cutting was suitable for efficient propagation in rhizome cutting. No. of roots, root length, No. of leaves, No. of shoots, and dry weight of cuttings planted in 1 cm deep increased, and rooting and shoot growth decreased with increasing planting depth. When cuttings were planted with 50-75% shading condition, rooting and shoot growth was promoted.
