Listening to past Nuffield scholars give a snapshot of world agriculture and business, their experiences during their study travels and the ongoing network that followed inspired Bruce Thompson, Temora, New South Wales to apply for a Nuffield Scholarship during 2007. Bruce also saw it as a professional development opportunity. Bruce's scholarship allowed him to investigate the potential to address labour efficiencies through the use of unmanned (autonomous) farm machinery.
