Orbital welding with pulse technology for pipe connections

In orbital welding the TIG welding torch is guided over the welding joint in a circular path at constant speed. The length of the arc can be automatically regulated with voltage-dependent controls. Precision positioning is achieved with the pulse generator integrated in the drive motor of the welding tongs.
