KM vital to small-business competitiveness, study finds

Canadian and Australian organizations are improving information flows, but more work is needed. Improved KM goes hand in hand with growth for small Canadian and Australian businesses, according to a study released in October at the Canadian Business Leadership Forum. In fact, small-business decision-makers in both countries who perceive their business to be growing faster than the competition are more likely to be familiar with the concept of KM than those who feel their business growth is stagnant.
