摘要

Software quality is defined as the degree for the software development process. The quality can be improved by maintaining the software design. The conflicts among stakeholders may affect the performance of the design. So it is necessary to maintain quality in early phases (design phase) rather than later phases of development. UML diagrams are broadly used to design the software, especially class diagram has the major part in object oriented software development life cycle. By measuring the metrics of class diagram leads to preeminent quality software. This paper proposed a model to measure the modifiability metrics of class diagram. This model will help the designers to evaluate a better software system. The main aim is to enhance the software design by improving the UML class diagram.
