Carbon blacks (CB) are highly divided solids, industrially manufactured starting from various hydrocarbons compounds [1, 2], They found applications for ink elaboration, cement coloring, production of conducting, but their main domain of application is the reinforcement of the elastomers, particularly in the tire industry, which contain about 30 to 50 %, in mass, of carbon blacks. We have already described the main features of carbon blacks (RCB) recycled by pyrolysis of used tires [3,4] and it could be worthwhile to come back again to their surface properties, assessing more precisely the difference between recycled and virgin.
