摘要

We isolated and characterized microsatellite loci for the palaeotropic moss, Acanthorrhynchium papillatum. Eight loci tested on 98 gametophytic samples generated four to 26 alleles per locus with genetic diversities ranging from 0.578 to 0.936. These microsatellite loci are now being used as genetic markers for studies on the effects of deforestation on moss populations in South-East Asia.
