摘要

The energy spectral density characterization of microseismic events in two potash mines is presented. It is shown that there is little difference between the two mine characterizations, evidenced by each having an approximate 3 dB bandwidth of 38 Hz and a peak frequency of approximately 54 Hz. An example using the characterized energy spectral density in the calculation of the variance of error for a single-step localization algorithm is presented.
