From its six-acre site in Kulai, in the state of Johor and right on the doorstep of Singapore, the processor extrudes its entire sheet requirements besides PVC on three sheet lines, namely PS, PP, and PET, and thermoforms rigid packaging using 31 vacuum forming machines. The 332-employee processor has indeed come a long way since Managing Director Lee Hock Seng and his brother Lee Hock Chai set up shop in a small operation with eight staff and two vacuum formers in 1984.
