Betting big on amorphous polyethylene terephthalate(APET)is sheet extruder Octal Holding&Co.,based near a port in Oman and,if all goes according to plan,the world's largest APET sheet supplier in the next few months.This month the firm's executives,CEO Nicholas Barakat(in photo,left),and COO Joe Barenberg,will attend the interpack exhibition in Dusseldorf,Germany to make their case as the premier supplier of APET sheet for thermoformers.
