Polyethylene (PE) and, to a lesser extent, PVC pipe processors conservative engineering fraternity that lacks plastics knowledge. This was the sentiment expressed at the recent Dubai Plast Pro 2002 conference in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, organized by Maack Business Services, Au, Switzerland.
