Various levels of government in Canada have introduced measures to help the manufacturing sector after the dollar reached record highs late last year.In November,the Ontario government launched a 165 million venture capital fund to help keep high-paying jobs and local innovation in the province,and established a new industry innovation network to assist small- and mid-sized businesses solve technical problems faster and bring products to markets more quickly.
