Summit Midstream closes on dropdown

Summit Midstream Partners LP said it closed on a dropdown of substantially all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Summit Utica, Meadowlark Midstream and Tioga Midstream—each limited liability companies and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Summit Midstream Partners Holdings LLC (SMP). Also, the deal included the general partner's 40% joint venture (JV) interest in each of Ohio Gathering and Ohio Condensate.
