International Steel Group Inc. announced that it has completed the purchase of the assets of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. "This is an important day for ISG. We are now able to serve our customers with a significantly broader line of products and services through a network of conveniently located facilities. ISG began the transition process over 6 weeks ago with the installation of a Transition Management Team which is maintaining continuity of operation at the former Bethlehem facilities and the satisfaction of customer requirements," said Rodney Mott, president and chief executive officer of ISG.
