Godwin Pumps manufactures portable rental pumps. The company has 16 rental branch offices in the United States and more than 100 distributor locations worldwide. At ConExpo-Con/Agg, Godwin Pumps featured its new Sub Prime electric submersible GSP model pumps. The new units are designed for large dewatering applications that require high head or high volume. The GSP line includes single-phase motors up to 4.5 kW (6 hp) and three-phase motors of up to 60 kW (80 hp). Maximum flow rates are up to 315 L/sec (5,000 gpm), with discharge heads up to 115 m (375 ft). The Sub-Prime GSP electric submersible pumps also feature a rugged construction for longer life. This includes a cast chromium steel impeller and heavy duty, rubber-coated adjustable wear parts.
