commonwealth Court Reinstates Board Decision to Approve Conditional Use Application for Construction of Well Pad On appeal from the Lycoming County Court of Common Pleas, the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania reversed the order of the trial court and upheld the Fairfield Township Board of Supervisors' (Board) decision to grant conditional use approval to Inflection Energy, LLC (Inflection) to construct and operate a natural gas well in the "residential agriculture district." See Gorsline v. Bd. of Supervisors of Fairfield Twp., No. 1735 CD. 2014,2015 WL 5313639 (Pa. Commw. Ct. Sept. 14,2015).
