Local power option bodes well for export plans

AS IT COMPLETES a feasibility study with the Tanzanian Government to use its low grade coal to feed a proposed power station, Atomic Resources Ltd is also looking to secure export contracts for the high grade, good quality thermal product from its Ngaka Basin project. Initially focused on uranium, the Western Australian-based Atomic identified an opportunity not long after listing in November 2007 to secure the coal development opportunities.
