Complex high grade zone holds key

TNG LTD HAS more than tripled the resource of its 100 percent owned Manbarrum zinc, lead and silver project in the Northern Territory following over 37,000 metres of drilling in 2007. The project, which is located 70 kilometres north east of Kununurra, now has combined resources totalling about 35.9 million tonnes of ore containing zinc, lead and silver mineralisation. This includes a stratabound resource of 15.97 Mt grading 2.3 percent zinc and lead and 5.4 grams/tonne silver at the main Sandy Creek deposit and a maiden resource estimate of 19.9 Mt at 16.4 g/t silver at the recently discovered Djibitgun prospect.
