CORPORATELY, CHANGES IN the last few months have been designed to help steer the company towards its production aspirations, with a name change to PanAust, and a new chairman, Garry Hounsell, bringing with him a wealth of big company board experience following stints as a director of Qantas and Orica. Another recent addition to the PanAust board was Geoff Billard, an economist by background, who previously worked with CRA and was a director of Bougainville Copper.
