EEM Tony Howard Scholarship award to help University of Michigan student Reinald Deda finish final year of school, pursue career as chemical engineer

LANSING, Mich. —In late August, Energy Education for Michigan, Inc. (EEM) announced the awarding of academic scholarships to three University of Michigan students who plan to pursue careers in the crude oil and natural gas industry following graduation. Reinald Deda, a chemical engineering major at the University of Michigan, was awarded a Tony Howard Scholarship for the second year in a row for his academic achievements, community service and his aspiration to become a chemical engineer. Deda is a senior and is scheduled to complete his degree this December.
