SPRINGFIELD,Va.-Nearly one-third of the Michigan acreage offered at the Sept.25,2008 auction sale of oil and gas lease rights to federally-owned minerals by the Bureau of Land Management's Eastern States Office(BLM-ES)had previously been offered-and apparently successfully bid on-at BLM-ES'April 24,2008 oil and gas lease auction sale.
