摘要

Indirect detection and high-performance liquid chromatographic separation of azacrown compounds, such as 1-aza-15-crown-5 and 1,7-dioxa-4, 10,13-triazacyclopentadecane, were studied. The indirect detection reagent used was alpha-naphthalene sulfonic acid. The elution behaviors of the aza-crown compounds on a mu-Bondapak phenyl column with varying pH and different methanol and alpha-NSA concentrations were also elucidated. (C) 1996 Academic Press, Inc.
