BADDC to honor Harry Becker with lifetime achievement award at 11th annual Oilfield Classic golf outing

GAYLORD, Mich.-Harry Becker, who literally spent a lifetime working in the oil and gas industry, got a bit of a surprise recently when he found out he will be honored by the Bay Area Desk and Derrick Club (BADDC) at the organization's 11th annual Oilfield Classic on Friday, Aug. 19, 2011, at the Gaylord Country Club. Becker, who retired from the oil and gas industry twice, will receive BADDC's Lifetime Achievement Award during a 1:30 p.m. award ceremony, which follows a four-person, 18-hole golf scramble and helps form the day-long schedule of events that make up the Oilfield Classic.
