SUPERFICIAL LAYER HARDENING OF PLANE CAMS OF HIGH POWER DIESEL MOTORS

摘要

Superficial layer of the cams, which are used for valve setting at high power Diesel engines are hard over, bused during engines running. The shock appears when contact force between cam and follower is clanging the value or the direction. The work proposal is to increase the mechanical properties of cams by hardening with high frequency the superficial layer.
