摘要

Leaching kinetics model with self-resistance factor for water bath process at constant temperature is established when slag with the particle size of 0.038-0.075mm extracts in 0.5mol/L NH4Cl solution. Results show that the conversion rate of element calcium increases both with leaching temperature and NH4Cl concentration increasing, at the same time, self-resistance factor for is increasing in the range of 1.0307 and 1.06174 by experimental data fitting, and the relative degree of curves are more than 0.999. Activation energy of leaching reactions is about 15.046 kJ/mol after calculation by Arrhenius equation, and the results show that solid membrane diffusion limits EAF slag leaching process.
