In thisworkwestudytheangulardistributionofelectronrecoilinpairproductionbylinearlypolarizedgammaraysintheelectronelectricfield.Wealsopresentanewalgorithmforthesimulationofthiscross-section forthepolarandazimuthalangledistributionsfortherecoilelectronobtainedfromthecross sectioncalculatedusingtheBorsellinodiagramsinthehighenergylimit(1 E.A.Vinokurov,E.A.Kurae,Sov.Phys.JETP36(1973)602).Althoughthisprocesshasalowerprobabilitythanthepairproduction inthenucleusfield e 1=ZT, itisneverthelessinterestingsincetheazimuthaldistributionofthe recoilelectronishighlysensitivetothepolarizationoftheincominggammaradiation.Thisprocessis alsointerestingforthefactthatintherangeofBornapproximation,thedistributionofthepolarandazimuthalanglesoftheelectronrecoilmomentumdoesnotdependexplicitlyonphotonenergy.Thisisimportantinastrophysicssincetheastrophysicalsourcesareingeneralnon-monochromatic.Weinsertthe algorithmintotheGeant4toolkitandmadesimplesimulationtotestthemethod
