Norwood, OH-Central Parke is a business complex built in the late 1990s on the site of a closed General Motors assembly plant. After one of the initial tenants vacated its space, the complex was left with an empty contractor's supply warehouse. Renovations were required to turn the warehouse into a 95,000 sq. ft. contemporary medical research office. KBA Inc./Architects, Cincinnati, OH, wanted an exterior wall product that would duplicate elements of an existing precast building in the complex, but it had to be installed quickly and be lightweight enough to go over the existing exterior. The solution was Formawall Dimension Series panels from CENTRIA, Moon Township, PA.
