With an eye toward strengthening its position in the global marketplace, Mitsubishi Chemical America Inc. (MCA) has rolled several of its business units into a new U.S. company, Mitsubishi Chemical FP America Inc. (MCFPA). The units involved include the ones responsible for the manufacture and distribution of Alpolic aluminum and metal composite panels, Dialead carbon fibers and Maftec alumina fibers.
