The new Formosa 1140 multi-residential -unit in West Hollywood, Calif., features a metal facade made up of 12,900 square feet of perforated 36-inch T16-E wall panels in custom PVDF Kynar 500 Coronado Red and Raucous Orange from Louisville, Ky.-based Metal Sales Manufacturing Corp. The T16-E panels feature crisp 90-degree vertical box ribs with 4-inch centers and an exposed fastener. For this project, the panels are cut into rectangular segments with squared-off edges, giving the building its sharply linear quality.
