摘要

We performed a comparative analysis of the process of rapidly quenching alloys of the system neodymium-iron-boron from the liquid state. The alloys were obtained by spinning and centrifugal spraying. It was established that to further improve magnetic properties, it will be necessary to increase the uniformity of the structure of the rapidly quenched flakes at the stage when they become amorphous. This will in turn require some improvements in the design of the centrifugal spraying units, and the organization VNIIINM-Rxtgress is currently working to make those changes.
