摘要

Superplasticity properties, structural features, and mechanical properties are studied at room temperature for Al-Mg-Si alloy close to the eutectic point area of a quasibinary section on the composition diagram, containing 15% of secondary eutectic phase particles, additionally alloyed with one of the transition metals, i.e., chromium, zirconium, or iron. In spite of a uniform original average recryslallized grain size, introduction of zirconium or chromium provides a greater superplastic shaping rate and elongation to failure.
