Australia's APAC Coal to list with Indonesian concession

Australian mining minnow APAC Coal said it is targeting production of a 5,500kc GAD product from its East Kalimantan concession, at which it now has a tiny resource of 5 mt, and will list in Australia to raise cash for further exploration. The company plans a June 5 listing to raise 15 million Australia dollars (14 million dollars) for development work at Batubara Selara Sapta, located in the southern reaches of East Kalimantan. The company is offering 75m shares at 0.20 Australia dollars each, with another 15m shares if the offer is oversubscribed.
