Seamless linepipe import prices have taken a major drop in price in the MiddleEast recently, as China continues to offer extremely competitive priced material.China does not have the presence in the ERW linepipe market that it has in theseamless linepipe market, so far in 2015 it has exported more than 10 times thetonnage of seamless linepipe to the GCC, Iran and Iraq that it has done for ERWlinepipe as shown in the chart.
