Young Engineers for Britain competition baton passes to Young Engineers clubs

The Engineering Council's prestigious, 'Young Engineers for Britain' competition which identifies the best technological innovation in schools, is now to be run and managed by Young Engineers.The Move, in December 2001, brings together two of the UK's largest educational engineering programmes and results in a more coordinated approach to the challenges of increasing the number of young people entering the engineering and technology profession.
