Yorkshire Forward welcomes boost to Advanced Manufacturing Park

More than 500 businesses across Yorkshire and Humber and a further 5,000 nationwide are set to benefit following the announcement of the establishment of the National Metals Technology Centre (NaMTeC) on Rotherham's Advanced Manufacturing Park.Following the announcement in last month's Foundryman about the Advanced Manufacturing Park this is another boost for manufacturing in the Yorkshire and Humber area. The announcement by Trade and Industry Secretary Patricia Hewitt will help attract major new investors from both UK and abroad to the world-class research and development centre at Waverley.
