Commercial glass cleaner sometimes contains waxes and additives which leave a transparent residue behind that can promote frosting or devitrification of glass when heated. Make your own residue-free glass cleaner using vodka and water. Instead of disposable paper towels apply glass cleaner with a lint free microfiber auto detailing cloth. When cleaning the inside of tubing instead of pushing a towel or rag through with a rod or compressed air, use bulk "ball and chain " to pull the cloth through. Wrap cleaned tubing in plastic stretch wrap to keep it dust and scratch free until needed. Use a portable electrostatic air filter in your shop to eliminate airborne dust and particulates. Use a shop vac with a HEPA filter to remove dust from the workbenches and floor Some tubing larger than 120 mm may still require a hydrofluoric acid treatment to prevent frosting when collapsing it.
