All over the world SANACEL~R fibers are used in food applications. Besides the various health benefits known for dietary fibers the functionality is the main reason for the usage. Bakery and meat applications are the most established fields for fibers, using their ability to bind water and oil and/or support the texture. Long or coarse fibers have shown to be the first choice when we talk about these applications, nevertheless some applications require the use of very fine fibers:Spices and spice blends;Vegetable or fruit powders;Premixes for bakery and meat industry;Mixes for instant products like soups or drinks.
