摘要

Methodology for studying row crops is presented. Results concerning the modelling of radiation interception and hydric transfer in a vineyard are presented. A simplified water balance model derived from these results enabled the study of the relationship between water balance and the quality of Bordeaux wines. Along with other climatic variables, water balance was used to study factors affecting the sugar content of grapes harvested from European vineyards. In conclusion, the terroir effect is examined. Different methodologies to measure this effect are discussed.
