Recent years have seen revived interest in the synthesis of organofluorine compounds, which is due to the specific ability of fluorine atoms to change considerably physicochemical and biological properties of compounds. Organofluorine compounds have found important applications in various fields such as design of novel materials and production of agrochemical agents and drugs 1,2. Their use is markedly restricted by the difficulty of their synthesis.
